About the Author
In his career, Dr. Foster has been the director of the Los Angeles County Probation Departmant Psychiatric Clinic, Lathrop Hall, and the Nevada Mental Health Institute. He was chief psychiatrist of the child adolescent inpatient services of the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. Additionally, he taught at both USC and the U. of Nevada at Reno medical schools, retiring as Clinical Professor. He has been published in several medical journals and is currently in private practice in Las Vegas.
