About the Author
Dr. Wm. J. (Bill) Veigele served two years on a PC in the Pacific during WWII as an enlisted man. He spent twenty-two years in the Naval Reserve as an enlisted man and commissioned officer. He is a physicist and has had seventy publications including five books.
