About the Author
Abiodun Williams is Director of the Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program at the Institute of International Education. He served as political adviser to the special representatives of the secretary-general in Macedonia, Haiti and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Previously, he was assistant professor of international relations at Georgetown University.
